c.i Development Group

Background

c.i Development was formed in 2006 as a developer of LEED-Gold and Platinum retail, office and mixed-use developments. As the principals of the company, Eric Faas and Jason Savell have a vision to bring the first LEED-Platinum commercial developments to the state of Arizona. LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

Current Projects

c.i. Development Group is currently developing three projects, including two that are aiming for LEED-Platinum certification. The two proposed LEED-Platinum projects include the M-Square project located in the city of Surprise and the San Tan Commons project located in the town of Queen Creek. Both proposed site plans are mixed-use developments consisting of retail and office components, such as professional office condos, restaurants, boutiques and other retail shops. The third project, the San Tan Medical Complex, is located in Arizona's Pinal county and is projected to be certified LEED-Gold. This project is a two-story medical complex to accomodate the much-needed medical services in the area.
